I think it's great! Seriously, I can't tell you how much HAPPIER I am after losing weight and getting in shape because of the stuff contained in this book. I have spent years obsessing over how much I hate my body and feeling guilty every time I eat but not knowing how to change it. And in the last two years I became a serious closet eater because I was so ashamed of what people would think to see me fat and eating. I've been training once a week with Daisy for almost two years. I'm nearing my mid-40s, and compared to others my age and even younger women, I feel like my body looks good, and I have a lot of energy and stamina. Daisy's a great motivator/coach - if she thinks I can do something, I usually feel like I can. So when she pushes me to the end of my endurance - which she consistently does - I really try to reach down and find the strength which pays off when I look in the mirror.
